Installation problem

What's the different between

TeslaDark Myskins with Logo-theme.xml
TeslaDark-theme- MySkins Studio.xml

in the upload folder, images should be upload to the public_html\images folder, ok I got it,
But how about the jscripts folder? IT should be upload to which location?
